Conceptualization and character design for the Welfare Institute. Theobjective of this project was to create a unique, attractive and imposingmystical creature of Mexican origin inspired in an Alebrije, that through its physique and personalitywould connect with parents and students, thus making it a key andrepresentative piece of the institution.

The creative process starts from the imagination and drawings with theassistance of children; which later evolved into multiple graphic approaches,exploration of poses, expressions and perspectives; finally culminating in the2D, 3D and “botarga” versions.
